Easy In – Easy Out Terms
The Oaktree flexi-let agreement only requires you to provide us with six months prior written notice.

Internal Repair Only
You are only responsible for any internal repairs. We look after the structure of the property and external repairs.
Rent Payable Monthly
All tenants’ rents are payable monthly in advance on the 1st of each month.
